An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. winmy9 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts, as notified to the account holder at the applicable time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder upon request and successful identity verification.

10.1 winmy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including (without limitation) where: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) winmy9 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) the player has registered from a prohibited jurisdiction; or (d) the player's continued access poses a compliance risk under winmy9's licensing obligations.
10.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified, cleared balance remaining will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method.
10.3 Players may request the closure of their own winmy9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which winmy9 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
